Browser showing Failure: BYOD entry not present error

Instead of the intended web page loading, you are being presented with the error “Failure: BYOD entry not present”. To resolve this error, you must first try to reboot and then try to clear your Google Chrome browser cache. Please following the steps below.

1. Attempt to restart the device and see if the problem resolves, if the problem does not resolve, follow the instructions in the following article to clear your Google Chrome cache. If you are not using Google Chrome, please open a helpdesk ticket.
