Chrome Browser Not Functioning

Behavior: Chrome browser opens but will not load websites including the settings page. Tabs will open but pages will appear white. If the user signs into another device and then signs into Chrome this behavior “syncs” to the other device.

Fix: The user must sign into the following page under a working browser and click “Reset Sync” https://chrome.google.com/sync

One the sync has been reset the device will need re-imaged or the user profile locally on the device wiped out before the user uses the device again. When the user signs back in they will have a fresh Google Chrome profile.
