Accessing Your Home / User Drive AKA H: Drive

Windows Users

  1. Open a File Explorer Window
    The icon may look like the following

    Or you can open the start menu and type This PC, then click This PC

  2. Make sure you have selected “This PC” in the left navigational menu
  3. You should see your H: drive under Network Locations
  4. If it is missing and you need access, please put in a support ticket

Mac Users

  1. Click on the Go menu from the top menu bar
  2. Click Go to Server
  3. In the address field enter smb://archive01.nycsd.northernyork.org/Staff/USERNAME
    Where USERNAME is your username
  4. Click Connect
